Colette Bonnet cultivates 2 ha 24 ares of organic vines located in the commune of Noé les Mallets. The plot is planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. Ms. Bonnet is the referent of the Association of Organic Champagnes.

Bio-dynamic Champagne

Organic viticulture respects the living environment and is characterized by :
- The absence of artificial chemicals and GMOs.
- Limited use of natural elements (sulphur, copper, clay...).
By paying particular attention to the microorganisms present in the soil of their vineyards, organic winegrowers encourage terroirs to express themselves fully in their wine.
