The production of Champagne Louis Guerlet respects the principles of sustainable cultivation. We pay particular attention to the environment and strive to work according to a natural method called Sustainable Viticulture. Still in the preventive fight against nature's aggression, we have not used insecticide for more than twenty years. Depending on the soil and the age of our vines, we use mechanical weeding with a plough to avoid damaging the roots and surrounding soils. All the work on the vine is done by hand. We attach importance to pressing the grapes as quickly as possible and to making parcels because the cut grapes do not wait on the quay, their quality depends on it.
The production of champagnes is carried out in partnership with Luc Mérat, a renowned winegrower, particularly since he chaired the Nicolas Feuillatte group of young winegrowers.
The Champagne Louis Guerlet has been selected for 3 years to accompany the Victoires de la Musique, Victoires du Jazz, and Victoires de la Musique Classique.
