Organic farming: this is the highest level of certification levels

A mode of agriculture that is mainly characterized by its refusal to use chemicals and seeks to revive traditional practices (e.g. fallow land).

The so-called "organic" farmers are grouped into federations with specifications to be respected in order to obtain labels (organic label, AB).

One of our winemaker - Colette Bonnet - is the referent of the Association of Organic Champagnes.
