Appearance Pale yellow gold. Fine white foam. Nose Elegant nose, with candied and dried fruits. Apricot jam is found alongside hazelnuts and almonds. After a few minutes, linden and acacia honey appear. On the palate Citrus fruits predominate: first orange then grapefruit.
Pairing Powerful aperitif / Poultry with apricots and almonds / Seafood / Comté cheese.

Wine-making process Pressing in a traditional Coquard press Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine. Malolactique fermentation. Passage in French oak barrels (20%).
Ageing advice Drink now to 2025
Refreshing Immerse the bottle in a bucket filled with water and ice for half an hour; or Place the bottle in the bottom of the refrigerator for 4 hours. In any case, avoid cooling a bottle in the freezer.
Serving advice Serve chilled at 8-10°C. Don't shake the bottle!
